At last, there is news on the lack of solits for Nova and Guardians of the Galaxy in May! For awhile now, Marvel Cosmic fans (including myself) have been speculating on the possibility of the two Marvel Cosmic ongoing series being cancelled. Well, Ben Morse (an Assitant Editor at Marvel) has confirmed that it is just a skip month for the two series.
Thanos Ignition #1, which is a one-shot, is the only Marvel Cosmic comic that will be coming out in the month of May. For those who don’t know, it is the kick-off point, or ignition point if you will, of the newest Cosmic event that follows off where Realm of Kings finishes.
Ben Morse, who to me, seems to be one of the most accessible Editors working at Marvel, confirmed that it is indeed a skip month on the “Comic Bloc Forums”. Since I am a fluent speaker in spanish, I can give a very clear translation on what Ben actually said. In a reply to a poster posing the question as to it being a skip month, Ben replied “Si.” Which means “yes”, I am sure that didn’t really need clarification.

Yeah, I know. Without the cosmic stuff…I’d just be down to reading Deadpool, X-Factor and Captain America (which will be dropped once Steve is back as Cap).

Yeah, there was a group of us worried on the Marvel forums! It was good to hear this little bit of news for me. The Marvel Cosmic books are the titles from Marvel that I’m loving the most.

I wanted to inform you, I do believe there exists a trouble with your current RSS feed, it’s not displaying properly in my Feed reader. It only began happening last week, did you adjust anything on the website?
